network. Completed 6 months ahead of schedule with zero downtime to clients during market hours.
• Utilized PMO processes resulting in projects staying on or ahead of schedule and well within budget.
• Planned and managed implementation of all network equipment ensuring capacity was available for
client migrations and new connections.
• Designed and planned Data Centers awarded class A status, including cabinet layout, power delivery,
cable management, and HVAC.
• Interfaced with Telco carriers to support network builds into data centers and client locations. Analyzed
carriers designs and diagrams assuring network diversity standards were maintained.
• Provided 2nd level support during project implementation ensuring any issues were resolved within
service window.
• Procured goods and services from vendors including price quotes, expenditure justification to senior
management, tracking equipment delivery and inspection of workmanship.
• Managed migration of 5000 clients to new data centers. Coordinated with all workforce and vendors to
assure clients were migrated with minimal down time plus reducing operating costs by $900 million
