surface mount technology (SMT) and semiconductor industries (PCB and wafer

back-end processing). Main projects TD2929-3D (23 motion axes), TD2929-DOT

(23 motion axes), TD2929-Essentials model (16 motion axes), AWPb300

automated wafer bumping system (5 motion axes with robotic EFEM) and semi-
