Engineering and Facilities Manager & Safety Manager - Chambersburg, PA Apr 11 to

present

Engineering and Facilities Manager at a 600-employee regional distribution center shipping 38M cases

annually to 72 Target retail stores throughout the Northeast United States. Scope includes accountability for all

maintenance and repairs of $350M site including a 1.4M sq. ft. building on a 143 acre property. Maintenance

responsibilities include a fleet of 150 pieces of rolling stock, 7 miles of conveyor system, 4 fully automated

receiving areas, and 2 automated depalitizing areas. Lead a team of 6 Group Leaders, 2 Mechanical Engineers,

the I.T. team, and 1 administrative assistant. Manage a $5M Facility Operations supplies/contracts budget,

$3M HQ project budget and a $2M payroll budget annually.

• Executed 100% of all building’s preventative and corrective maintenance prior to deadlines resulting in top finish

in network for two consecutive years

• Reduced annual expenses in supplies and payroll resulting in lowest Cost Center of all maintenance departments

in entire network
