Hello,
My name is James Ward. I've been in manufacturing in West Michigan
for 21 years, working in plastics and machining. I have been in management,
supervision, and lean systems since 2002. I've worked with up to 150
direct reports, scheduling production and maintenance.
I am a specialist in Lean Manufacturing, helping the companies I've
worked for implement 5S, Pull Systems, Visual Management, Cell Teams, etc.
I'm a firm believer in using data to relentlessly solve problems. I
like to assign action to all those in meetings, holding the participants
accountable to reporting their findings, working across departments to
correct problems.
I've put together some good production teams. I have a common sense
approach to managing, and I'm always able to show measurable success.
I'm interested in finding work in Production Supervision, Production
Management, Operations, or continuous improvement.
Thanks for reviewing my resume'.
