• Project Manager, Contractor and Agent for XTO Energy. Project Manager, in addition to Surface Landman
duties, coordinated Pre-Drill drinking Water Well and Spring testing for Butler, Armstrong, Indiana counties
SW PA and Lycoming, Columbia and Clinton counties in NE PA. Additionally, I worked in the field for
XTO’s planned pad sites in Broome and Delaware counties in the southern tier of New York identifying
drinking water sources for via GPS and assisted the Engineering firm in the permitting process, if the
moratorium is lifted. I am available to relocate.
• Baseline Water research, testing and documentation within a 2600' radius of the pad site. Coordinate
drinking water well and spring testing with land owners prior to and after (if necessary) Marcellus wells
being drilled. Interact with land owners to determine locations and conduct photographic documentation
and establish Chain of Custody for independently gathered samples to be tested by an independent third
party lab.
Video and written documentation of Bonded road conditions prior to and after moving equipment to well
access or pipeline construction. Video and written documentation of 911 emergency routes to each pad
site.

• Hired on an interim basis to restructure entire Clubhouse management composition and practices to become more
efficient and increase revenue.
• Duties included developing budgets and written job descriptions and holding department managers accountable for
financial performance and member satisfaction. Instituted CMAA performance evaluations and held weekly staff
meetings to discuss financial and member successes and concerns.
• Monthly Board of Directors presentations covering personnel, financials, successes and concerns. Weekly Department
Managers meetings, accountability sessions as needed.
• Reclassed and consolidated the financial statement to more accurately represent operations. Prepared FY98/99 budget
with first quarter results $120,000 ahead of the projected net bottom line due mainly to improved inventory and cost
control. Developed a spreadsheet solution to enhance Board reporting.
• Worked with the Greensboro Jaycees to plan, implement and execute the inaugural NIKE Greensboro Open, a PGA
sanctioned event, netting over $47,500 for Hospice of Greensboro.

• Initially hired as Clubhouse Manager to revitalize Food and Beverage operations and to complete a $4MM renovation,
and was promoted to General Manager within six weeks.
• Overall leadership and management of two Clubhouses, fine and casual dining, banquet operations, 18 hole George
Cobb championship golf course, Squash, Tennis, Fitness Center, Tennis Center, locker facilities and swimming pool.

• Instituted “Hands On” management style and lead our team to make 1997 the most financially successful year to date.
