Duties:

• Electrical maintenance, installation and Planned Preventative Maintenance and refurbishment of Three Phase

and Single Phase installations in the industrial, commercial and domestic sectors i.e.; schools, leisure centres,

colleges, libraries, water treatment facilities, domestic housing.

• Rewiring of new installations to domestic housing and schools

• Testing and inspecting of domestic, commercial and industrial installations including periodic testing and

circuit condition reports

• Annual testing of emergency light and fire alarm circuits to commercial buildings such as sheltered housing,

schools and care homes

• Annual testing service and repair to crematoriums and water treatment works

• Ensuring completion of all relevant time and job sheets

• Ensuring monthly check of van impress stock and re-stocking as necessary

• Ensuring correct procedure and processing of all paperwork and invoices from wholesalers

• Attending any relevant Health & Safety and training courses

• Secondment to street lighting and highways signage maintenance when required
