From November, 2012 to the present I have worked at law offices on a temporary basis, both as a part-time assistant and full

I assisted one attorney in transcription of dictation tapes; drafting documents; calendaring; and preparing documents to be

correspondence, issuing subpoenas, opening and date-stamping mail and distributing same. Handled calendaring for both

attorneys and made travel arrangements, when needed, for out of state seminars, etc. Also responsible for the management of

workers compensation files. Formally opened and closed files, and acted as a relief receptionist when needed.
