Recent Accomplishments
Zep Inc.: Floor Space Planning and Coordination was given to me on top of my regualar daily duties. I always
enjoy a challenge and variety! My first assignment was to move the entire Compliance department to a new location. This
involved moving existing people to other offices, and prepping other offices for move in. I handled 30 persons’ relocation,
ordered furniture, coordinate move, delivery and install of new furniture and cubicles, cleared out old labortory and
coordinated renovation with contractors, to occupy their department files which also included moving files from outside
location, contacting shredding service for shred bins and scheduling pickup. Since have coordinated other department
moves, found space for new hires, and started cleanout of warehouse.
SunTrust Bank: Relocation of Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Relationship, and Operations divisions from the
Atlanta Center to the SunTrust Plaza building. This would include setup of new offices with phone transfers, data jack
transfers, coordinating w/contractors and Corporate Real Estate the planning of construction of new office areas, selection
of paint colors for the painting of new offices of new residents, coordinating with outside electrical supplier for the
installation/move of outlets, coordinating move dates with movers and employees; and ordering new office furniture and
equipment as needed for relocation. This also included the clearing out of existing office areas, purging old files and/or
sending to imaging for record retension.
Southwest Key Program: I reformatted and simplified their monthly "Intake" reporting format from a MS Word
document to a MS Excel document. This report consisted of birth dates, date of intake, release date from program, social
security numbers, etc. I also trained the directors in person or via phone, who were not familiar with this software
application. This reduced the number of errors by placing preformatted cells within the report. This new format also
combined all programs at a glance within the same document by tabs and a total page calculating all clients and payment of
each client by pulling stats from all worksheets through formulas.
Lease Plan USA, Inc.: At Lease Plan I soon became the established “go-to” person to create new company
logos, database formats, contracts, RFPs, client forms, and organizational reports. I met with executives and senior
management and given their criteria and needs of funtionality for the project and would creatively generate a database
formats for online ordering, forms, design layouts for new credit cards, etc. This allowed me to utilize my ingenuity and
artistic talents.
