Working Experience
Customer Service
GEICO Insurance July 2010- July 2013
GEICO Insurance hired me as a customer service agent. I answered phones, filed
policies, and received payments in the store from walk in customers as well as over
the phone. I executed deposits on a daily basis. I executed most customer business
over the phone; this included speaking with law enforcement, corporate
headquarters, and claims adjusters as well as handling any questions or concerns
the customers may have had. I also worked with homeowner’s insurance, and was
qualified to make changes to policies as needed.
Customer Service
Charlotte Russe October 2009- February 2010
As an associate of Charlotte Russe I was a cashier, I would handle inventory and
assist customer needs. If anyone needed help picking out a pair of shoes or
clothing I would assist them in finding their outfit. I would multi-task between
customers and any job that I saw needed to be done, I would make sure it was
accomplished.
Customer Service
Avalon Bay Tanning February 2009- July 2009
Being an associate of Avalon Bay tanning I would work the front desk, sell tanning
packages, lotions, and provide fantastic customer service. I ran the store
independently on most days, executing opening procedures and closing procedures.
Customer Service
Linens-n-things July 2007- December 2007
Working for Linens-n-things I was primarily a cashier. At the beginning of every
month I would set up the displays in the front of the store to prepare for their
monthly sale projects, including holidays and special promotions. Being a team
player was a vital part of working at Linens-n-things.
