Managed the NPI manufacturing side of building the BB10 Developer units ahead

assembled with appropriate systems, software and accessories to be supplied to
major technical launch events around the world. Completed each launch on time, in
quantity and as specified.

hundreds of jobs at regional manufacturing locations.
3. Coordinate and develop request for quote packages for suppliers.
4. Program-manage all aspects of interactions between component supplier team,
development team, test, quality, engineering, advanced manufacturing, tool
development, and training.
5. Coordinate all communications between carrier, production, design, engineering
and demand signals to streamline manufacturing and supply to meet sales demand
and corporate expectations.
Process Manager – Outsourced Engineering 2007 – 2011
6. Developed training and implementing processes used in RIM manufacturing sites
worldwide.
7. Developed and led a process improvement program resulting in cost reduction of
$12 million in a single plant per year. Replicated the program across all other sites.
8. Coordinated the engineering efforts and communicate critical data and process
costs to operation team and corporate finance.
