Resume:

October **, ****

Dear Health Finders:

I am moving to Florida and am very interested in the position of VP of Quality Improvement posted

on your site . With my extensive Quality, Nursing Leadership and Case Management background I feel

I can bring to this organization my experience, knowledge and passion this position requires. Along

with my strong clinical and leadership skills I bring a vast amount of knowledge in the Patient Relations

arena as I had the privilege of developing and implementing The Patient and Family Centered Care

Culture for Westerly hospital.

Compassionate and Quality care for our patients is the essence of an outstanding healthcare organization

but we cannot ignore that we must also be aware of the financial challenges that face us. For these

reasons it takes a strong team regardless of the size of the hospital to conquer these challenges. It is this

challenge that fuels my passion to be a member of this type of team.

I am in the process of applying for my Florida RN license along with studying to take the CPHQ exam.

I would appreciate being able to meet with you or a member of your team to discuss this position or any

other similar positions that you feel I would be qualified for based on my resume. I look forward to

hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Paula Miller RN MSOM
