States. Established a consistent record of success in negotiating (bargaining) during times of severe
economic crisis. Experienced in administering numerous Collective Bargaining Agreements
simultaneously. Well-developed “verbal & written” skills practiced before Arbitrators, Hearing
Officers, Board Agents and/or other Commissions. Vast experience working with: Union Members,
Elected Union Officials, Union Representatives, Company Executives, Labor Attorney's, Managers,
Supervisors, Foreman and various other employee groups. Excellent Research & Policy Execution

Excel, Word, Power-Point and Outlook computer programs.
*Forged professional working relationships with many employer groups that were faced with serious

year tenure with the Union.
*I assisted former Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland save various manufacturing jobs in Cincinnati and
London, OH. After much thought and dedication, we were able to implement new ideas that
enhanced Company growth and prosperity.
*During my tenure (over 20 years) as a Union advocate, I presented over 50+ cases before an
Arbitrator and had a 92% success rate in discipline/discharge cases and 78% success rate on
issues pertaining to contract interpretation. In both scenarios, I performed the vast majority of the
investigatory work, witness preparation, and presented of the cases. Furthermore, I prepared and
presented the Post-Hearing Brief to the Arbitrator of record. I have the essential verbal and written
skills required to prepare and submit the most intricate documentations/reports required.
*On May 15, 2012, after 14 years on International staff, I retired from my position as District
Representative with the Union. I now coach my son's 5th grade football team and my daughter's 2nd
grade soccer team. However, I’m confident that I can advocate for somebody, as I’m eagerly looking
to get back in the workforce.
