Work History:

RE Carroll Properties. Property Manager (380 unit multi-family property).

2011 - present. Responsible for the effective marketing and management of

a large multi-family housing community in Greensboro, NC. Ensure daily

deposits are made with regard to rent collections and any other

miscellaneous income. Assist in the processing, monitoring and recording of

invoices, credits and deposits into various administrative books.

Distribute non-payment notices to all delinquent residents, and complete

follow-up activity with regard to rent collections, water bills and any

other miscellaneous income. Maintain a general working knowledge of state

and federal laws with regard to rent roll and fair housing practices.

Exercise care in handling resident complaints and property violations.
