Duties included receiving loan files or disbursement.

Conversing on a daily basis with loan officers, escrow officers, brokers, and lenders.

Review and audit Hud 1 to make sure all fees are in balance to be disbursed correctly

with wire /funds received from lender. Cutting checks to lender for fees, to borrower for

any cash out proceeds. Also cut checks to third parties, such as creditors, appraisal

companies, notaries, etc

MORTGAGE FUNDER 2003-2005

Duties included conversing on a daily basis with brokers, title companies, account

managers, account executives, and underwriters on the timely funding of whole sale

loans.

Received funding documents for purchase loans, investment properties, or refinance

transactions to review.

Audited collateral loan documents, such as the note, mortgage and assignments for

accuracy. Also reviewed loan documents such as the signed HUD 1, Right to Cancel

document, 1003, title commitments/ policies, hazard and flood insurance information,

and warranty deeds, etc. to ensure all signed and executed correctly to give funding

authorizations to disburse.

Also audited Truth in Lending documents, all itemizations and addendums to. Compared

documents to Final HUD 1 settlement statement to ensure all fees were in state guidelines

according to section 32 analysis, and in compliance.

Requested changes to Hud 1 to match Truth in Lending for funding.

Made calls to verbally verify employment, and also verify hazard and flood insurance

coverage and company rating. Tracked outstanding documents, updated system with

status, followed up with settlement agents to pursue outstanding exceptions and /or

documents.

Had responsibility to send sensitive loan documents to investor in a timely manner after

funding. Traveled to meet and work with brokers and account executives for better

servicing in funding of loans, and advising brokers and best courses to take for faster

funding.
