Selected as a core member for the project to increase usability of Crystal
Application Phase I, II & III to focus on few parameters to set things and
expectations right. Interacted with IT / Development / Sales & Marketing
Team for various KPI depictions and distribution requirement parameters/
graphical information/analysis patterns.
The key features entailed:
. Enabling business teams to have integrated view of
Channel & coverage information.
. Providing insights to the team to identify
opportunities to optimize channel spread /
distribution
. Cyrstal-1 is your window to all POS locations use the
system to look up POS locations on Google Earth (it
is a 3D Mapping Tool)
. Analyzing the sales made by POS, or by Distributor,
or by territory or by zone (KML is a file format used
to display geographic data on map)
. Every POS location has a latitude and longitude to
identify its precise location on a map (A KML file is
used by Crystal-1 to put together place marks of all
POS locations)
