Five and one half years construction management experience providing site
supervision of prime and sub-contractors. Experience with footer through
finish and major renovation construction including site, structural steel,
load bearing cmu, metal truss, store front/curtain wall, interior build-out
and finishes.
Twenty-five years experience in a lead or supporting role as a commercial
carpenter/foreman providing services for retail development, tenant office
build-out, school construction, medical facilities, restaurants, multi-
tenant residential, professional sports facilities, community recreational
facilities, auto dealership, assisted living and
industrial/factory/warehouse.
Skills:
Computer literate
Experienced with Prolog
Lead weekly progress and coordination meetings
Read, understand and implement blueprints and specifications
Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to
communicate both verbally and written
Proficient knowledge of building construction, means and methods,
scheduling, labor management, contract documents, permitting/inspections
and quality control procedures
Coordinate, direct and monitor the activities of subcontractors and
suppliers
Metal stud framing experience specializing in intricate soffits and layout
Acoustical ceiling installation
Install metal frames, doors and hardware
Sheetrock installation
Interior trim installation including cabinets and counters
