Assembling and installing parts and equipment as needed for each individual customer. (Various
automotive manufacturing companies as well as other companies that specialize in the use of
conveyor systems and robotics). Maintained quality standards by following blueprints of each job
component to assure all tolerances are kept using metric measurement values within tolerances
of (+or-) .05mm. (Reading blueprints from CAD and/or hand drawn for customization of parts
and machining blueprints). Use of various machining tools including calipers, micrometers, scales,
height gauges, digital levels, & etc. Operating vertical mills such as Bridgeport and Okuma.
(Drilling & slotting holes, milling thicknesses or heights or depths; Making parts from steel,
aluminum, nylon, rubber, & plastics.) Operating manual lathe, drill press, metal shearer, band saw,
manual metal cut-off saw, manual brake press machine, plasma cutters, & various other machine
shop/fabrication equipment. Forklift operation for moving equipment/materials to & from and
around job locations and also on & off of trucks for pick-ups or delivery drop-offs.
