Organisational Experience

Since Dec'09 Mithra Kyokuto Special Purpose Vehicle Co. Pvt.

Ltd., Vijayawada (A.P)

Role: Plant Manager

. Converted 15 Acres of Green Field into a running plant with production

capacity of 100 mixer and 200 tippers per month.

. Project cost 110 crore includes land, technical transfer, facility,

Utility, machineries.

. Plant erection and commissioning completed in 10 months from given

schedule.

. Handled plant operation and trial proto started with the help of Japanese

trainer while providing on line training to welders and production

leaders.

. Started commercial production within four months of successful trail and

training to workers.

. Implementing stringent systems so as to enhance product quality & ensure

compliance with statutory quality, environment, health & safety standards

. Identifying opportunities in processes & converting them into projects,

handling capital investments and finalizing the project after approval

. Designing manufacturing layouts, managing erection & commissioning

activities of instruments and plant & machinery

. Overseeing project activities with respect to cost, resource deployment,

of 1 year 6 months

o Identified & finalized resources for facility, utilities & layout as

. Coordinated in the approval of electricity connection of 33kv/11kv, NOC

from Pollution Control & Environment and Excise & Sales Department and

all government procedures required for the set of new unit

. Achieved 1000 mt. production in 1st month of start

Dec'07-Mar'09 Sujana Towers Ltd., Hyderabad as Unit Head

Highlights:

. Fortuitously improved Production Process within 3 months and turnover

increased by 20%

. Executed 30 Towers Project of Airtel in 15 days with existing

infrastructure and manpower without interruption of existing projects

. Implemented:

o Housekeeping & Raw Material Storage Systems

o New Welding Process (Welding is carried on standing platform instead

of sitting)

. Successfully changed the Workflow Process in welding area that resulted

in increasing the production level by 40%

. Effectively drafted new strategies for centralized raw material &

finished goods that helped in optimum utilization of scrape and raw
