8) Movement of parts from shop to Paint

Duties for the Emergent/Manufacturing/Machine

Shop:

Description:

1) Ordering hardware from AP as needed

2) Processing WIP's in GOLD for parts requiring

outside processing

3) Receiving parts coming back from outside

processing

4) Delivering completed parts to KC135

5) Update ECD's in GOLD.

6) Completing jobs in GOLD so they can be

processed and delivered

7) Contact with New Breed to ensure parts are

picked up and shipped

8) Picking up part samples (KC135) and delivering

them to Emergent back shop

9) Returning samples (KC135) with finished parts

back to program

10) Ensuring completed jobs are showing completed

status in GOLD and updating as needed

11) Daily check of sample/completed log are filled

out correctly

12) Maintaining accountability of sign in/out book

for cart

13) General help when needed around shop

14) Daily inventory of parts/hardware needed for

completion of jobs

. Collect failure data from PSA/EE and process shops on critical gear

boxes, and help status parts for building kits
