. Responsible for budgeting, prepare project tendering/to review,

preparation and review of construction cost estimates from initial

design stage with client and sub trades to ensure both parties

agree on the work load, and to be completed on time.

. Monthly review of work completed versus what is owed to the sub

trades for percentage completed.

. Daily report of hours for each employee and sub trade.
