Attained more than $500K in annual savings with the creation of a proprietary real -time

data integration system that supports sales processes and business intelligence

reporting. This innovative solution made it easy for our SaaS solution to communicate

with dealer management systems.

Realized an annual savings of $700K with the creation of a SaaS based software toolkit

for the finance & insurance sector. This software is currently in use today by more than

300 producer rooftops and thousands of finance & insurance professionals.

Planned and implemented IT infrastructure, processes, and procedures; focused on the

design, implementation, deployment and maintenance of a SaaS based product delivery

and business intelligence solution to maximize the va lue of every sales transaction.

Launched start-up of IT infrastructure by developing a comprehensive, enterprise -wide

IT strategy to support overall business objectives and goals.

Created IT department by hiring and retaining a high performance, cross-functional

information technology team. Organized internal and external employee/vendor

functions.
