Also responsible for data tracking of production and chemical reports for all shifts daily, weekly and monthly as well as reporting down time and explanation and possible root cause of down time event. Ensure specified chemicals and accurate amounts are added at appropriate times to batch process operations and track and record changes weekly and monthly using Excel spread sheets and charts.
Train and give direction to operators on shift to ensure equipment is operated safely and following guidelines such as lock out tag out.
