Safety Operations & Management Consulting
Have headlined safety in many projects as a Certified Safety Professional
since 1995
As a safety coordinator/consultant for NASA at the Stennis Space Center A-
3 Test Stand construction project (1/11/2010-9/30/2011), led mishap
investigations, committees to determine responses to serious safety
problems and evoked changes to safety standards and programs, such as
contractor high-angle safe rescue plans.
As the onsite safety and health officer, addressed and corrected many
industrial hygiene and safety issues during post-Katrina recovery efforts
along the Mississippi and Louisiana Gulf Coast.
Have evaluated and revised safety training programs and OSHA-mandated
programs for refineries, chemical plants, plant service contractors,
construction contractors and many other clients to bring them into OSHA
compliance and enhance site safety.
During two-year tenure at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing,
supervised the Safety and Industrial Hygiene Departments and facilitated
their integration into one department during construction of a new wing
of the Fort Worth facility.

Ergonomics Work Experience and Consulting
Certified Professional Ergonomist since 1998
As ergonomics subject matter expert, developed and implemented an Office
Ergonomics Program for Exxon Mobil sites in Baton Rouge, LA, and provided
office ergonomics training for EXXON and contract workers. Along with
Exxon corporate ergonomists, developed planned surveys of the highest-
risk work areas in the plant to determine and correct ergonomic issues.
There was increased awareness among office and plant workers of the
potential for ergonomic injuries and methods to mitigate such outcomes.
Performed ergonomic assessments for employees at the Bureau of Engraving
and Printing in Fort Worth, TX.
Conducted week-long ergonomics study for the United Auto Workers' Union
at Johnson Controls Automobile Accessories manufacturing plant in
Shreveport, LA and provided input to mitigate back and shoulder RMI's.
Evaluated ergonomic issues at manufacturing workstations at fiberboard
plants in Louisiana

Provide complete industrial hygiene and safety services to clients, as
well as indoor air quality/mold and ergonomics.
Provide training on health and safety topics to clients' workers and
supervisors.
Design programs for facilities to remediate indoor air quality problems,
to reduce ergonomics injuries, and to comply with OSHA regulations.
Sub-contracted to national consulting firms to conduct mold
investigations during aftermath of September, 2004 and 2005 hurricanes in
Southeast.
Completed two one-year contracts with Federal Occupational Health to
provide industrial hygiene and safety consulting services for the
Department of Treasury, Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Fort Worth, TX.
Supervised and was responsible for overall integration and functioning of
