In the previous position as Manufacturing MANAGER of Beverly Knits Inc a
leading industrial textile manufacturer in Gastonia, NC employing 160
employees, I was responsible for the entire operation of manufacturing.
During my employment the revenue of company increased 15% in two years. The
cost of manufacturing, consisting of fixed and variable cost, decreased 8%.
The employment increased by 20% and the assets consisting of plant and
machinery increased 40%. I was able to achieve success due to my experience
in the tough competitive international market. I adapted successfully to
various quality and process control principles to excel in my career. TQM,
TPM, principles of lean manufacturing and six sigma are some tools which I
have followed in my work experience. I have designed and developed software
to measure the productivity, calculate the compensation, calculate the cost
of each product and summarize the whole plant production analysis. I also

In my job as Plant MANGER / MECHANICAL ENGINEER at Peace Textiles Inc in
Sumter, SC I was supervising the production of 600,000 lbs of fabric per
month by supervising about 50 qualified workers. I was actively involved in
the startup of the plant. This position covered all aspects of supervision
in manufacturing, training, maintenance, personnel management, quality
control, customer satisfaction, labor laws and safety practices. I was
responsible for training and supervising the production staff to operate
high speed machines and produce good quality product. I was directly
