• Responsibilities encompass all aspects of administrative support for this prestigious defense
firm which functions as a third party administrator, representing professional liability
companies for architects and engineers.
• Served as liaison between the firm, local counsel, insurance providers and policy holders.
• Specific duties included reviewing and approving local counsel invoices, tracking insured’s
deductibles, calculating reimbursements to Houston Casualty Corporation, determining when
files were to be closed (including payment of deductible and all invoices), and managing all
records.
• Maintained effective working relationships through extensive contact with Houston Casualty
Corporation and other insurance providers.
• Efficiently oversaw the activity of 72 law firms nationwide; resolved outstanding firm/vendor
