Regional Operations Manager Utah and Nevada
Supervised all sales & operational activities in Nevada and Utah. 15 full time and up to 50 part time
direct report auction site personnel in Las Vegas and Salt Lake City. Supervise all quarterly auctions,
operational duties include P&L responsibilities for GAP (gross auction proceeds) in excess of 125 million
dollars annually. EH&S, loss prevention, recruiting, customer service, training & development,
advertising, site inspections, state, city and county licensing and permits, DOT licensing for sales team,
fleet and equipment management including purchasing and insurance.
Key Accomplishments
Successfully opened a new 10 million dollar facility in Las Vegas and completed a site remodel in Salt
Lake City UT. Conceived and successfully rolled out new advertising program to increase attendance at
the Salt Lake site. Recruited new personal for new company wide program and expansion in Salt lake
City. Reduced yearly rental expense by 50% through purchases and acquisition.
HD Supply Utilities Orlando FL 2008 to 2011
Nationwide whole sale company specializing in MRO supplies for power generation and delivery
Regional Sales Manager Northern and Southern Nevada 2008 to 2011
Supervised all sales and operational activities with 15 direct reports at nine power generating plants in
Nevada, in addition to a distribution center in Las Vegas.
Key Accomplishment:
Successfully opened a new distribution center In Las Vegas and the closure and asset redistribution of two
other location. Completed renovation of 7 locations and the set up of 2 additional locations. Implemented
new process for improved replenishment of VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) which improved
invoicing, billing processes with. This had a positive effect on labor cost reducing them by half. Shipping
costs and fill rates improved creating an overall product margin increase year over year.

Key Accomplishments
Designed and implemented companywide branch renovations creating a consistent appearance and
merchandising, highlighting ORCO brand, while meeting specific marketing needs. Implemented a
fulfillment and delivery program to ensure cost savings and consistency at all locations. Reviewed and
directed the improvement of warehouse locations to maximize safety and improve the fulfillment process.
Designed and approved merchandise displays, adaptable to all locations, to meet new company visuals
standards. Updated loss prevention process to better accommodate customers while maintaining a high
level of security. Implemented a new warehouse management process currently in early stages. Managed
