Assistant Manager: This well established company afforded me the opportunity to learn
the business from the ground up, by fulfilling many roles throughout the company as
Front Desk Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, and Bookkeeper.
As Front Desk Supervisor I oversaw daily operations and customer satisfaction, trained
new employees, and coordinated group bookings and reservations.
As Housekeeping Supervisor I restructured housekeeping operations to optimize
efficiency, by coordinating the work assignments of housekeeping, completing stocking
orders, tracking inventory, and inspecting the overall cleanliness of the entire facility.
As Bookkeeper I prepared weekly payroll, reviewed monthly and quarterly reports to
process profit distribution sums, analyzed monthly operations reports, tracked revenue
patterns, and prepared weekly, quarterly, and annual taxes documents.
