• Recruitment & Selection

• Strategic planning on attrition.

• Screening the CV's, conducting interviews of candidates & scheduling interviews and coordination with concerned department.

• HR operations

• Responsible for completing the documentation of joining and leaving formalities of all new joinees.

• Ensuring that documentation completes before joining.
