Successfully lead a group of 20+ volunteers, assigned their tasks as well as coordinated
their work during European Financial Congress,
Consulted with Congress partners on their issues and offered solutions, partners included
7 companies registered on WIG 20 (capitalization-weighted stock market index of the twenty
largest companies of Warsaw Stock Exchange),
Contacted potential Investors mainly from the European banking sector, successful responses
form major financial institutions as well as consultancy companies, including Polish branches
of Deloitte, KPMG, EY (22 investors, contributions varied from 15,000 to 100,000 Euros),
Saved the company from incurring costs by conducting a variety of researches, translations,
interpretations and by dealing with partners,
Responsible for assisting the CEOs of the EIF and EIB during their participation
at the Congress in 2011 and 2013,
Prepared debates, analyzed costs and potential interest among investors for new conferences,
Responsible for signing contracts and negotiating with media partners,
Co-organized with a colleague a new project: ‘Dialogue & Business: Poland-Russia’, with

With a team of volunteers prepared ECOFIN meetings organized in Poland,
Researched and analyzed the impact of new banking regulations (the banking tax) on the Polish
financial sector with the Vice-Director and provided conclusions that were later presented
to the Ministerial Officials,
Participated in parliamentary small session meetings and departmental meetings on new
legislations and provided feedback and notes.
