Responsibilities included:

Answering telephones, transferring phone calls, making copies of all documents needed for home and office, sending

faxes, scanning and e-mailing paperwork, scheduling appointments. Training ID staff in proper documentation for State

reviews. Assisting HR with, calling references, obtaining employment verifications for possible new hires, scheduling
