TTS Analytics and Reporting
This is basically a client led project where I am playing the
role of helping Business Users from CITI Bank in developing Business
Objects WebI Reports for various requirements. Apart from development of
WebI reports, I am also helping Business Users in customization of existing
reports for various purposes and in improving the report level performance.
Various Report level properties and functionalities were used to meet
certain Requirements of the Business Users.
Responsibilities:-
. Daily Interaction with the Client about the Requirements and the
status of the Work.
. Created a Dashboard kind of look and feel Reports in Business Objects.
. Developed WebI Reports for different Business Users based on their
Requirements.
. Enhanced the Performance of Various WebI Reports which was taking more
time to run.
. Helped the Business User when he gets any issues in the Web Reports.

Project synopsis:-
CITI DW BO Project falls under Banking and Financial Services(BFS)
Segment, where we work for CITI Bank, one of the prominent banks across the
globe.
CITI DW BI project supports the help desk domain of citibank.Citi
group required to develop reports for executive management to report the
performance of support teams. It requires to build a datawarehouse to
improve the performance of reports as the cases handled were in millions.
This project is to provide solution by developing TopN, Executive reports
etc as per the client requirements.
Responsibilities:-
. Involved in requirement analysis as per the client document and raised
requirements clarification.
. Have worked on many Universe concepts such as joins,loops,traps,context,alias,LOV etc.
. Developed set of Webi Reports in XI R2/XI R3/4.0 and have worked on
many reporting concepts [Merged Dimension,Exteneded merge
dimension,Force Merge,Section,Break,cross Tab,Filters,Relative
Positioning,Charts etc].
. Worked on Data tracking to track the current data with previous data
in the report.
. Created reports using multiple data providers and synchronized the
data providers by linking the common objects to create the reports.
. Worked on complex universe like reports using cascading hierarachy
with drill option in it & derived tables using complex SQL Queries.
. Linked the reports by using hyperlink concept.
. Involved in the changes while migrating the reports from BO XI R2 to
BO XI R3 like hyperlink changes, formatting changes etc.
. Involved in analyzing and fixing data discrepancies in reports.
. Tuning of reports is done in report, universe as well as in DB level.
. Have done developer testing of reports in various environments & try
to fix it, if any issue occurs.

Project synopsis:-
BT has engaged Virtusa in Master Data Management for their customer
which is presently called BT Seven Sisters. This system has several
components interacting with each other. CMF (Customer Master Files)
component has several internal and external systems accessing it for the
customer details of BT.
In CMF run support we are migrating the Data from the legacy systems to
the Siebel systems using Ab Initio technology in Unix environment
Responsibilities:-
. Worked with data team to identify appropriate data and analysis the
process flow.
. To prepare pre-checklist and pre-sanity on the data load
. Executing the graph's, identifying and resolving the issues occurred
at the time of data load.
