Role : Diagnostic Technician.

Responsibilities:

V Analyzing PWB'S and troubleshooting the problem.

V Controlling the scrap percentage of repaired and reworked PWB'S

work in progress.

V Daily Production & MFR (Manufacturing Failure Rate) Reports.

V Controlling MFR in production line and CAPA monitoring.

V Productivity & Quality Improvement.

CHIEF ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Productivity Improvement:

Convert the Manual operation of AV jack assembly into Automatic to

increase the production, reduce the time & MFR & to eliminate the Manpower.

Quality Improvement:

V Introduced a Dust-free filter from the vendor and avoid Dust and

improved Quality.

V By providing a place holder for connectors & cameras to avoid

scratches and damages.

Safety Improvement:

By providing two photoelectric sensors with two hand push buttons for

emergency Start & Stop in FINUI machines to avoid risk of accidents.

5S Improvements:

By providing a file rack with proper colour coding to arrange files.

PROJECT DONE IN COLLEGE:

ATM security using NFC technology.

Synopsis:

The idea of this project is to develop the prevention of theft of

the ATM card and to control the usage of the ATM card by unauthorized

person. The additional feature of this project is that no transaction can

be done without the knowledge of the respective card holder for the cause

that NFC transactions are being implemented.

The description of the project is as follows; whenever the

transaction has to be done, the RFID card is inserted inside the ATM

machine and NFC devices are made to interact with some of the legacy

systems. Granting that both RFID and NFC device is found to be accurate, a

message is received to the mobile phone of the rightful proprietor with a

pin number of four digits. This number is entered in the ATM machine. In

case of password being correct it moves on to the next level of money

transaction, asking for the money withdrawal. Scenario like, the password

is found to be defective, next in order of time image of highwayman is

captured and passage out will be locked.
