Recovery (ATR) program assisting residents of the City of Baltimore in
accessing services throughout the community. Administered assessments
to client using GPRA tool and input information into Smart Database.
Provide community aftercare resources and referrals to discharging
clients, providing support for continuing abstinence and sobriety.
Facilitated training on individual bases for coworkers and provided
assistance to ATR providers on the process of ATR and how they can
provide ATR services to their clients.
