employees which includes but not limited to, team building, project management, follow up, coaching and
mentoring. Safety training of all new hires including forklift operations, certification, etc. Prepared and
presented policies, procedures, programs and safety topics to employees and the management team at two
Facilities. Created and revised standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job hazard analysis (JHA) reports.
Reviewed, assessed, modified and implemented programs to the management team. Maintained purchasing
program at two facilities, including materials planning and inventory management of all purchasing, negotiated
