Over the past 13 years I have held a variety of positions starting as a chemical tech and maintenance assistant,

moving on to production line operator, then on to a shift manager and team leader. during this time I have been

involved in many different projects and asked to participate in jobs outside of my comfort zone. I have been

train as an ISO internal Auditor for my shop and have begun working in lean manufacturing and continuous

improvement teams.
