Long term temporary position as a Credentialed Trainer (Ambulatory) for major, regional hospital
and associated clinics. Taught Epic Ambulatory curriculum to administrators, physicians, nurses
and other medical personnel in groups of up to twelve students at a time. Worked alone and with
other team members to train over 300 physicians and 450 nurses (and others) during the past
several months. Revised and updated training materials. Provided “at the elbow” support in
clinics for three weeks after “Go Live.” Supplied individualized help thereafter. Troubleshot a
variety of Help Desk calls using remote access and Footprints ticket system.
