. Assimilated Fiserv best practices for Change, Incident, Problem,

Knowledge, Service Request, & Work Order Management into the

Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework to

produce robust training curriculum and classroom instruction in order

to capture repeatable processes.

. Advised on process flow within the given Remedy toolset by utilizing

my business analysis experience to relate end-user needs to existing

. Taught the Fiserv enterprise on all consoles of the BMC Remedy
