A native Santa Fean with over 45 years of extremely varied management, sales and creative

experience. From college level teaching, to busing tables at a local diner, from heading a 20

million dollar sales team to managing five employee coffee shoppe! If you're looking for a

professional, who's not afraid of getting his hands dirty... a person who can fit-in with a PhD

client and have coffee with the guy picking up the mail, I'm the one. I have sold $100,000.00

Marketing consultant, Marcy Street Dental, Santa Fe, N.M. (2012 - 2013) Experience

I was retained by Dr. Elizabeth M. Wilson to help grow her practice... Having purchased a small dental practice, it was essential to establish a foundation to attract new patients and to convert and retain the existing book of patients. In this capacity, working with the doctor and her staff, I

developed their "Mission Statement" and policy. Utilizing a new logo, I created new signage and collateral for dissemination to the public. All internal paperwork and information sheets were rewritten and redesigned. A community outreach program was developed, with posters, signage and handouts... participation in community events, health fairs, school visits, etc..

Director of Operations; Santa Fe Motel & Inn, Santa Fe, N.M. (2011 - 2013)

While property, I was asked to assume the responsibilities of overall management. In this capacity, I was responsible for steady bottom line growth, and record bookings. This was a contract working part-time, performing night audit duties for this unique boutique position, to assist in the establishment of procedural standards conducive to future growth.

Dinner Manager/Marketing; The Pantry Group (Restaurant), Santa Fe, N.M. (2001 - 2012) Over the past eleven years I have worked in different capacities with The Pantry Group... Primarily as an independent contractor, in charge of marketing and promotions for the four e

owned restaurants, I developed and designed menus, signage, brochures, print and radio marketing campaigns, etc. When it was decided to open The Pantry Restaurant for dinners, I was asked to be the dinner manager. As manager, I was directly responsible for all typical rmanagement duties, including hiring, training, menu development and daily customer relations.

At the same time, I continued in my role as director of marketing for the group.

Café Manager, Borders Bookstore; Santa Fe, N.M. 2010 - 2011

During a one year hiatus from The Pantry, while continuing my role as marketing director, I

accepted the challenge of becoming the Café manager at Borders downtown Santa Fe store.

Although I was directly employed by Borders, I worked under the direction and supervision of

Seattle's Best Coffee (SBC). During my brief tenure here, I was able to bring the café into

compliance and nearly double it's gross volume. At the end of 2011, Borders nationally filed

bankruptcy and closed all stores.

General Manager, Casa de Estrellas Inn & Spa; Santa Fe, N..M. --- 2007 - 2009

As an independent contractor, I assumed the overall management of this very unique, very

upscale boutique Inn and Spa. My responsibilities included establishing it's position in the

marketplace as one of Santa Fe's premiere resort destinations in downtown Santa Fe. In

addition to typical Inn operations, and spa management, I also did all of the daily operations

and special event bookings for the on premises contemporary art gallery!
