> To carry out safety inspections daily and identify unsafe act/

conditions at the shop floor & suggest corrective actions against the

same.

> To conduct Safety training & Audits and preparing final reports.

> Expertise in risk management services, HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, HAC.

> To encourage near miss reporting & track incident/ accident closure

status.

> To impart in safety awareness & safety promotional activities.

> Implementation of all process safety elements at site.

> To monitor work place environment & suggest controls for hazards such

as noise, chemical exposures, or biological exposure.

> Handling of shift production duties independently

> Handling of Batches independently

> Handling of Manpower effectively & efficiently

> Handling of different Pharma product carefully & taking care of

product quality & yield.

> Handling Final Process like purification, filtration, crystallization

> Solvent recovery (Toluene, Methanol, Ethyl acetate, Triethylamine)
