PROFILE
A team player with excellent CAD and BIM knowledge and academic
qualifications, who has graduated with a degree in architecture and
is currently completing a master's degree at the University of
Wolverhampton, Possesses a proven ability to ensure projected
architectural designs are functional, safe, economical and meet the
needs of the client. Excellent communication skills to keep in
touch with clients to ensure that the project designs match their
needs. Easy going by nature and able to get along with both work

MSc Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Computer Aided Design (CAD)
for Construction
Duration: 1 year 2012/2013
. A Master degree in Building Information Modelling for Construction
(theory and application)
. BIM project delivery: Design of Architecture Department for The
University of Wolverhampton by following the BIM process according to
the UK BIM Execution Plan, the BS1192 and PAS 1192.
. Developing a business strategy for Implementing and managing the BIM
system through an existing company and calculating the Return Of
Investment (ROI).
ARCHITECT: PROMOMED (Design office) -Algiers. Architect Designer
Duration: 1 year 2010/2011
. Design of several guest houses in Tamanrasset, Oran, Timimoun, Djanet
and
Relizane.
. Design a bloc of 20 flats in the county of Relizane.
. Interior design and decoration of restaurants, villas, and office
buildings.
. Design of private villas.
. Participated in the conception of the Ministry of Housing And Urbanism
(contest).
. Design a Vocational Training Centre in Skikda, Participation in a
national contest; our project was awarded second place
. Design of a set of bungalows at the sea front on an uneven site at
Oran.
. Developed the design concept of National Institute of Mining with a
foreign research office in Tamanrasset.
Duties:
. Advised and supervised the people working with me and divided work
accordingly to the staff
. Prepared a rough pictorial representation of the designs that have to
be completed
. Monitored the ongoing work step by step to make sure that the project
is proceeding as per the decided plan
. completed documentation after work had been finished and wrote
maintenance manuals
. Assisted the clients or the firms in attracting more contracts due to
the success of the previous projects
. Ensured that the ongoing projects don't have any harmful effects on
the surroundings and environment

. Design and conception of a university with accommodation building
blocks for students at the County of RELIZANE.
. Participated in the conception of a modern Sport centre for national
teams in the county of KHENCHELA.
