for Engineering and Manufacturing Product Development including sustaining
process support.

Millennium Programs: Supported Design team in the development of additional
system functionality. As system Requirements and Verification Lead, I
suggested system architectural improvements and owned and maintained
systems engineering documentation (ICD's. Specs, RVP's)
. Created and captured the design requirements, released spec, and create
RVP by utilizing tools such a Remedy, DOORS, Slate, and other system
engineering tools designed to trigger other necessary critical
implementations.
. Scheduled requirements meeting with software, hardware, and STE (Special
Test Equipment) designers.
. Identified missing requirements and interface descriptions related to
hardware and software.
. I identified and resolved critical system engineering traceability issues

Included weekends and occasional all-night deadline preparation of
processes and documentation.

status of risk and opportunity, derived verification requirements for
testability into designs, aligned verification with STE capabilities and

Responsible for analysis and support of prototype RADAR circuits, including
high & low voltage switching power supplies, modulators, ASIC (Application
Specific Integrated Circuit), controlled MMIC based T/R (Xmt/Rcv) module
supporting electronically scanned beam RADAR array systems. Supported
systems engineering and sustaining production systems.
Lead electrical support engineer for the F18 Transmitter Integrated Product
Team. Initiated and implemented numerous hardware and process improvements
to resolve flight failures and kept production line flowing smoothly.
Analyzed all types of microwave and RF components working with suppliers to
resolve issues.
Responsible for tracking production processes while keeping IPT members
informed of failure anomalies and production yields through the use of
