Grants Administrator, 10/2008-01/2009
I was offered and accepted an opportunity to manage the PA Principle Mentoring
Network (PPMN) grant program. The program had a 3 month backlog and I was able to
continue with the current processes, while organizing the backlog which involved
renewal of contracts, payment of invoices, logging information, filing, contacting
regional directors and mentors, website training for mentors, preparing for regional
meetings, purchasing educational materials, and website maintenance. I was able to
bring the backlog up to date while managing the day to day processes during the 2
months I was employed in this position. I was then involved in the search and interview
committee for this position.
