Fabricate custom metal projects, lead and supervise special short-term projects and teams.

• Developed and administered fabrication of Lucabond panels. Reduced HPU (hours per

unit) from 3 to 0.5

application and created prototype. The holder, named the HH-1, is now in production and

included with all Heil Drum Kit microphone packages

• Retained as Product Specialist for Hoshino USA (Tama drums) and research and

development and prototype fabrication of cymbal and drum stand hardware, using pistol

grip to replace older thumb screw design and carbon fiber to replace steel to reduce

weight, while increasing design appeal

NY. Improved fit and finish while reducing production costs

Directed manufacturing operations for custom metal fabrication company. Implemented

procedural operations and processes, specified equipment purchases. Managed and trained
