Present Work Experience

Working as GM/ Country head with Metal Africa Steel Products Limited,

Nigeria, Africa from January 2012 to till date.

Job profile:-

• Supervise the operation of the manufacturing process.

• Set up work control system.

• Conduct search to solve practical technical problems .

• Production quality.

• Expertise in induction furnace melting,hot rolling mill,cold

rolling mill.

• Manage administration and human resource department.

Area of Work

• Government Departments Liaison Work.

• Complete Management for rolling mill, production, planning so

that we can achieve the desired target.

• To reduce the wastage/scrap, oil consumption, LOG

consumption, power control i.e. cost effectiveness.

• Maintenance of the plant and its various equipment and to

keep them in proper condition.

• Management of furnace and all the safety aspects for the same.

• Complete mechanical & maintenance work for rolling mill and

maintenance of the same including cranes etc .

• Implementation of better quality control and check at relevant

points.

• Safety and Administration responsibility.

• Minimize Breakdowns.

• Control Inventory

• Complete Security and Discipline Responsibility of the Plant.

• Guide and train local workers with friendly and team working

environment in the company

• Graduate

Experience:

Selected in Army as 2nd Lieutenant in 1995 and lefted in 2000

Worked with Rana Girders Ltd, Muzaffarnagar as Vice President.

Worked with KVS steel group,Kashipur(UTTARANCHAL)as

General Manager .

Worked with AKS STEEL NIGERIA LTD,LAGOS(NIGERIA) as General

Manager.

Worked as a Vice President with INDIA IRON & STEEL

CORPORATION LIMITED, Distt Bijnore, (U.P).

Worked as Project Manager for ROLLING MILL AUTOMATION

Project in NAIROBI (KENYA) .
