• Analyze Appraisals, Credit reports and income worksheets to verify that a borrower meets guidelines and can
repay the loan, and that collateral is acceptable.
• Familiar with Encompass, Loan Prospector, Allregs, Freddie Mac MRI books, and other resources to perform
