PROJECT DESCRIPTION

ACS provides clients standard Benefits Administration reports for

disciplines such as Health & Welfare, Defined Benefits and Defined

Contribution as part of its services. These reports are designed for

client plan sponsors and are available via self-service through the

client center which provides real time data from the replication server

that covers areas such as dependents, elections, events, cash balance,

fund balance, transactions and withdrawals. Reports are configured during

implementation to accommodate plan setup and table changes specific to

the client where requirements gathering with the client are not typically

part of the process. Custom reports are handled on case by case basis.

These reports only represent a subset of the overall reporting scope

provided to clients. Operations team will provide reports for SLA's,

Carrier Payments, Non-qualified plans, case management and interfaces,

among others.

ACS used to have a manual interview processing system. The interview

automation application automates the current system right from the

beginning. The users can refer job seekers and update the details. The

interviewers can view the candidate details and schedule the interview.

The feedbacks of each candidate can be saved by the interviewers. It

keeps entire information of candidate and the interview processing cycle

he/she has gone.
