Coordinated and scheduled transport and vehicle movement operations for

limited supplies and time.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT: Oversaw and coordinated all movement, logistics and
approval controls for the transporting of heavy equipment, personnel and
supplies to Iraq. Developed all training programs to ready units to provide
transportation, convoy, recovery, resupply and combat engineering support
for multiple teams throughout Iraq.
-- Supervised large motor transportation activity and hundreds of missions
and convoy runs. Planned and established control measures, reviewed
intelligence reports, and analyzed requirements to determine number and
type of vehicles needed for a given operation.
COMMUNICATION/CONTROL: Set up and directed operations of a Company
Operations Center. Guided use of tactical command and control technologies
to help Commanders of supported units plan convoys and determine security,
personnel and scheduling requirements.
-- Worked within the Theater Distribution Tactical Operations Center to
assess real time intelligence, monitor convoys, and evaluate the security
situation to direct convoy movements, many of which were on Baghdad's
notorious "Highway to Hell."
SECURITY: Designed, developed and oversaw implementation of various
security programs in an active war zone. Reviewed operational and security
requirements of NATO, U.S., and partnering countries' forces to design on-
the-job, multidisciplinary training on tactics, techniques and protocols
(TTPs) for base security and various intelligence-related programs,
including counterinsurgency, counterintelligence, traffic control, cordons,
Operational Security (OPSEC), Communications Security (COMSEC), etc.
