Designing and building product lines

Support the Production Department in order to manufacture safe, quality products.

Respond to repair requests of production machinery and equipment in all facility areas.

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems and make appropriate repairs to return

machinery to a satisfactory running condition.

Troubleshoot and repair 3-phase 460 volt motors and VFDs, 120 volt and 24 volt control systems,

and knowledge of PLC systems( Siemens). Troubleshooting of PLCs only.

Complete scheduled work orders on broken machinery.

Perform moderate to complex adjustments, maintenance and repairs to plant equipment such as

bagging machines, conveyors, case erectors, kitchen equipment, and more.

machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may

involve pipe fitting, insulating, welding, carpentry, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment,

installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, operate mechanical

boom and cable or tower and cable equipment to lift and move materials, machines, or products

in many directions.
