Environment system in Marketing Department.

3. Preparation of Daily Despatch plan for Pig Iron for HOD approval.

4. Follow-up of payments due from customers.

5. Participating in meeting of the customers complaints review committee

for pig iron as a representative of Marketing Department.

6. Collection and acceptance of orders, finalization of terms and

conditions with customers, as per guidelines given by Department

Head (Mktg)

7. Ensuring that the weigh bridge and test weights used by marketing,

Department are in calibration, arranging for their calibration and

certification by statutory authority before expiry of the validity

period and maintenance of record of calibration

8. ISO Documentation & Maintain the quality records.

B) Responsibilities Under - Despatch Section

1. Planning and organizing daily Despatches to customers as per their

schedules and requirement as per HOD's instructions.

2. Approval and issue of loading slips for loading of pig iron

3. Issue of necessary Despatch documents and review the same.

4. Housekeeping of weighbridge control room and surrounding areas.

Salary Drawn ( Salary Slip) : Gross Rs.25170/- PM Rs.302040/- PA

Salary Drawn + Facilities :CTC Rs. 33278/- PM Rs. 399336/- PA

plus Cell phone & other facilities.
