manufacturing company and I.S.O.9001 and GMP certified organization with

sudex audit at Kanpur from Aug. 2010 to till date.

Job Profile:

. Responsibilities to manage job execution, arrange the resources for

team & back office support activities.

. Good cooperation with department managers, Business executives for

smooth work flow as well as business.

. To monitor, record and maintain the environmental conditions and

scheduled maintenance plans and coordination with Instrument engineer

in case of break down/ malfunction.

. Monitor the performance of team, identify the training needs and

provide training to the employees as per the requirement of the

section.

. Daily safety rounds for prevention of any unsafe condition and unsafe

practices by the workers & to implement safe & standard work

procedures.

. Provide specific, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as per need and

risk analyzed as well as for the compliance of legal requirements.

. Investigate any minor accident / incident or near miss and conduct

safety meeting to review and makes recommendation for prevention of

similar future incidents.

. Analyses hazards and develops appropriate risk assessments.

. To undergo audits, inspection and investigations as per the requirement
